Operational Review

Co Serve has extensive experience conducting Operational Reviews of key business activities with a particular focus on information and communications technology (ICT).Tree
An Operational Review includes, amongst other things, an assessment of existing policies and procedures, a requirements survey and needs assessment, and the development of a draft strategy covering anticipated needs and change requirements for the next few years.

Co Serve uses an evidence based approach for the review process. This utilises techniques developed by Dr Rob Reider, an expert in planning and conducting Operational Reviews generally, as well as the Microsoft TechNet guidelines for conducting Operations Management Reviews

Change Management

No matter how receptive an organisation may be to transforming existing operations to better ways of doing things, managing change is almost always difficult.

Co Serve can assist with the management of these transitions. We employ techniques based on Professor John Kotter's eight-step process for implementing successful transformations. This process is described in articles for the Harvard Business Review and his 1996 book Leading Change
